[/COLOR][/B]: Addie is very feminine, but what else would you expect from a woman owning her own flower shop? Her hairstyle is long and wavy at the moment, though she does take the time to straighten it when she wants to, but for the most part she lets her natural curls take over. When she's at work she usually has it pulled back while she's running around clipping and arranging flowers, but when she's out and about she loves to leave it down. She did go through a phase where she kept her hair short, and she did like it and could go back to it at any point, but for now she's fine with it staying long. As for clothes she wears whatever looks good on her, and that usually means dresses and flats (even while at the shop). Getting dressed up just to go to work is always fun, and plus she finds she gets more customers by looking more presentable. She has two tattoos, a small star behind her ear that you can only see when she pulls her hair all the way back, and she has a hummingbird tattoo on her shoulder blade. She loves wearing makeup but has learnt the lesson that less is more, so she does play off her natural beauty most of the time. She has a very petite frame and usually is one of the shorter ones in the bunch, but she doesn't mind blending in. She doesn't have all sorts of extra money since she's paying on her house, so most of the things you see her wearing and whatnot are that of simple taste, so nothing elegant for this woman!
personality: Addie has never had a problem talking, and since she owns her own business she can not be shy. She needs to get her name known across Jersey so she can get more orders, so she has to be charming and inviting most of the time. The woman always has a smile on her face no matter what is happening around her, and she tries desperately to keep a positive spin on things. When meeting her you'd ask yourself why she had been so damn happy, but that's pretty much just an act that she puts on. When she is alone it's another story and she often cries while working on wedding arrangements. It does get to her that she's in a business focusing on love (because who doesn't associate flowers with love?) and she herself has never been lucky in it. She's often lonely as well, but that's normal considering she spends most of her time up to her neck in flowers. Yes, that does mean she's a workaholic, but she loves it so it's not a problem. Sometimes it's best to just come in and drag her out into the real world, but then again she's never passed up a helping hand in the shop. She is intelligent but not one of those people who boast about it, but if you are spouting off wrong facts she will correct you. She tries to be as polite as possible though, and she hates to tell people things if she knows they'll be hurtful at all. She's a sweet girl, loves a good laugh, and her jokes are usually always clean. She's wholesome, actually wholesome enough that she's a virgin at the ripe age of twenty seven. She's just holding out for the right guy, and since she's never been in love the bedroom (since her first time HAS to be on a bed and romantic to the tenth degree), well she's just never seen sex as an option. She doesn't mind though and proudly holds onto her V-card, and she's not about to just let it go unless if it's with the right person. She is never stubborn and usually lets people talk her into (or out of) something, and she is usually the one trying to make light of a bad situation.
likes: flowers (lilacs are her favorite), her home (she's had it for two years and is proud to call it her own), romance (anything from movies to novels), weddings (she's been to more than she can count), rabbits, hamsters, puppies, babies (she wants to be a mother one day), twirling her hair, ice cream cones on a hot summer night (she loves trying to lick faster than they're melting), fireworks, sparklers, baths (she owns her own home so at night she relaxes in the shower), swedish fish (the red gummy candies), sprinkles (if there's a cupcake to be made there must be sprinkles, drawing (she's not the greatest but she's not terible either), dancing (she has a childhood of ballet under her belt and has dabbled in modern dance), running (it's a GREAT stress relief right before a wedding), owning her own store, making new friends, and the smell of dinner cooking on the stove just to name a few.
dislikes: droughts (the flowers need the rain and brown grass upsets her), people who smell of armpits and body odor, body odor in general, long hair on a male, heights (she's always been intrigued by flying but has never had the courage to go up in the air), television (too much reality television programs), the cold (her favorite seasons are spring and summer for obvious reasons), rotting fruit and vegetables (especially after she buys them at the store and they start molding just a day or two later), wasting money, the price of a movie ticket (so expensive), waiting in long lines for anything that she doesn't absolutely need, being alone, thunder and lightning when she's trying to sleep, doorbells (too high pitched), traffic signals (she never seems to catch a break with them), loud noises in the middle of the night (like cars backfiring and other things outside), birds pooping on her windshield, people littering infront of her store, dirty store front windows, debris infront of her door (she'll literally go out with a broom and sweep twenty times a day while working if she has to), being late, or when arrangements don't come out perfectly while she's working.
strengths: takes notices of all details (large and small), does everything with precision, her work (she's the best in the northern Jersey region), balancing ten different weddings all in the same week (large number but it's happened before, some arrangements being significantly smaller though thankfully), being a friend (listening mostly), and she's a very fast learner.
weaknesses: she gets very emotionally attached to her work, so if someone criticizes something she's worked very hard on and feels is perfect she will cry. You can also call her a workaholic considering most all of her time is spent in the shop. She doesn't know how to really let go and have fun, and she definitely can not be spontaneous (it freaks her out). Chocolate and flowers, valentines is her favorite holiday for a reason! Love, though she's never been in it before she knows when she does fall it's going to be strong and hard. Being touched, even just on the shoulder, it makes her feel like all control has gone from her to the other person and she feels weak.
