Peter Hastings was one of the main supporters of this project, so it's only fair with how much money he put into this school that they'd name a building after him. Most of the prestigious students are asked to live in this dorm, but really it's a first come first serve basis. It's a nice building regardless who lives inside, and it's rather quiet once the clocks strike ten.
