This building is a "free for all" which is home to a large chunk of the student body. It's the largest dorm building on campus, and the noise level is reasonable. There are a few wings in this building to watch out for because students sneak cigarettes and weed in their rooms it's amazing how a condom can fit over a fire alarm to do that.
