personality: Overall, Connor is a nice enough kid. At his base, he, like most people, wants to do the right thing and tries his best to be nice to all those he encounters. That said, power and popularity often get in the way of these nice intentions. He will rarely be straight up rude or anything to anyone, but sometimes, when in some sort of popularity trip so to speak, he can forget about the feelings of others and look out for only his own interest and the interest of those whom he deems worthy, thus, the other popular kids. He has a good sense of humour, which generally bases itself off of poking fun at others and himself. He is also a very competitive person, most likely stemming from his athletic history and his love for all things sports.
likes: girls, sports, parties, horror movies, politics, rap, Billy Joel, the beach, pepsi and french fries.
dislikes: school, formality, people who take things too seriously, people who cannot take a joke, being tired, not knowing an answer to something and country music.
strengths: hockey, soccer and being liked.
weaknesses: alcohol, school and meeting any kind of deadline.

Andrew hated this. Getting up at 6: 30 sucked. Then again, it was better than getting up at 5: 30 like he had to back where he used to live. He would have hockey before school, which was never fun and, if the practice was bad, would set the pace for the rest of the day. When Andrew woke up, he immediately showered. When he was done that, he plopped down on his bed and began watching the TV. He sighed to himself and began to get dressed as Sportscenter played in the background. He pulled on his boxers, then a pair of jeans, a t-shirt and a hoodie. He did not want to get too dressed up today, I mean, sure it was his first day of school, and his first day of high school, but meh. He actually knew a lot of the people in the school despite him being only a freshman. He had met them over the course of the summer as he had played summer hockey, football and also just sort of, well, just being around town.
The 15 year old heard his mom call to him, telling him they had to go now. He dragged himself down to the kitchen where his mom told him to meet her at their car. He sighed and nodded and walked to the large car they owned. The drive to school was pretty non-talkative. They didn't say much. That was how the two had been over the last little while. He loved his mom and all, but he just couldn't find common ground with her. He supposed that was how most 15 year old boys were with their mothers. As they rounded to the school, he smiled to her a little bit and got out, shutting the door with some force behind him. He took out his phone and began to text for no purpose, just to escape the awkward situation of arriving at school. The freshman hockey player entered the school's doors and yawned, tired, but not as tired as he should have been. He had not fallen alseep the night before for some time, probably until about two in the morning, but for some reason he had energy in his body. The 15 year old looked around and saw a few people he knew from hockey this summer he smirked to one of them who walked by him and returned his smirk with a nod. He didn't feel like talking too much despite his energy, there was something about the morning that he really did not feel like being social.
However, he saw a girl he had spoken to a few times over the summer. They weren't good friends, but she was cute, and he thought she might like him, at least a bit. He walked over to her, deciding to be social, even if it was against his own interests. He smiled to her and noticed she seemed tired and "out of it" so to speak. She was a grade ahead of him, but that didn't matter at all to him. "You know, if you feel asleep and fell that would be the funniest thing to ever happen, like ever." He said with a small laugh, referencing the fact that she was leaning against her locker, clearly tired and with little energy.
