personality:Rodney is the type of guy. At times he can be very relevant and lively but most of the time you'd find him with either a tailored suit teaching students about the many deco're of photography or in a T-shirt and jeans strolling to find any beautiful sight to take a snap of.Rodney is the all american charming laid back reserved kind of guy.Rodney has always been a fan of photography and he devoted his time to it, and that paid off with a degree and a job at Jackson. He is definitely someone easy to get along with and can relate to the younger teens and adolescents that is one reason why they love to talk to him about there secrets and problems.
likes: Photography the open world and discovering everything in it. Helping and supporting teens who have been mistreated and abused. Making a change and a difference and being a good role model for others. Technology and movie theaters with dum dums.
dislikes: being caged in a certain area for too many hours with no air. Being boring while interacting with other and long boring lectures. Anyone who doesn't like helping someone in need of help. animal cruelty and people who wear fur coats which once again mean animal brutality. People who abuse nature and its beauty also. strengths: STRONG yes Rodney is definitely a team leader. He can create a idea or plan and develop it and act out on his idea or plan while coming up with the tools it takes to get the job done. Great Sense Of Humor Rodney can play and interact with teens and people twice as young as him because they trust him with his ability to be able to relate and keep secrets when they have no one to help or turn to. Though this could sometimes play against him because some staff may feel he's a bit too playful at times but he doesn't mind being corrected at all. Intelligent Rodney is definitely all brawn and good looks with a amazing amount of intelligence for problems people have and even the world around him. Whoever said they men couldn't have it all LIED or they never met Rodney who has even become a master of cooking also. or so he'd like to think so! ;D
weaknesses: Trust Yes! even little Rodney isn't perfect he has trust issues and holds grudges which can turn him sometimes into a total robot with no emotions which he chooses to hide and some times isn't very good at it. He falls in love too hard some times and that sets him up to be less charming cheerful and friendly. When he trust and cares for someone and they hurt him he has the tendency most of the time to hold it against that person especially when it concerns relationships. His leadership qualities can sometimes cause him to bump heads with adults at times but never the less he is an approachable team player for the most part.
