personality: Everleigh is rather a sweet soul. There was a time she could always see the good in something. Since she was little she's always been honest with people, brutally honest at times. It's not her nature to keep things from someone, she likes to tell them how it is. If they don't like it, tough. If you're lucky enough to gain her trust then she's going to be with you until the end. Sam has only had a few people in her life that she's really trusted and she doesn't let those people go without a fight. She's a lover, not a fighter. She'll fight if she has to but if she loves you, she's going to love you unconditionally. But there is also a stubborness to her. Being her father's child she had times where she will not back down in a fight, no matter what it costs. She likes to know there are things to believe and that are worth fighting for. Don't expect Samara to just sit back if you tell her what to do, she doesn't like to be bossed around, she got enough of that as a child. Drugs are her refuge from life, they are her one constant companion and she refuses to ever give them up. Keeping it a secret from the world around her makes sure that she will never be parted from her one true friend.

There was a lot that had gone down in Story’s life, a lot she wasn’t proud of. In just a few short weeks she’s turned her life upside down and dragged Neven down in the process. She never wanted to lie and say that he raped her; honestly she wanted to live with him and raise their child together. But after seeing how he hit her father scared her to death. What if Tommy broke something and he lost his cool? Would he do the same thing to their son? All the time she’s known him Story knew he had a temper, a temper she was going to protect her son from at all costs. It was stupid of her, she realized that now, but Tommy was all she was thinking about.
After the fight with Neven and her father, Story had been keeping to herself, hardly leaving her cousin’s house and watching her son like a hawk. He was beginning to look more and more like his father, it was ridiculous. There were parts that looked like Story but he was his father’s son through and through. It was a brisk day, one to bundle up and pray it doesn’t get colder. She was tired of being cooped up so she decided it was time to show her son a bit of his heritage. Sure he was only a month and a half old but who cares? Story felt it was time to show him out to the world, he couldn’t be closed off from them forever. Pulling on her warm jacket and scarf she prepares her son for his first adventure outdoors. Layering her baby up in sweaters and jackets she wraps him in his favorite blanket and puts him in his stroller. A small coo could be heard from Tommy as he sees the bright colors outside. Putting his diaper bag in the underneath compartment along with her purse she pulls him out the front door with a goodbye muttered to her aunt.
A smile breaks across Story’s face as she realizes that this was going to be okay. Her nerves were shot but she had to do this. Since the awfulness that was the party she was terrified of seeing anyone, but this was about to change. The fair was going to be good for them. All the bright colors and music will be good for Tommy and she always had a soft spot for the place. Pushing the dark gray stroller she quiet hums to him an old tune her grandmother used to sing to her and before long they were there. Story was on her own, and she never felt so alone. Her father had to leave on business, going back to California and she was staying with her aunt and uncle still. She loved them, but it was hard to stay with them all the time, even her cousin Lilly could barely stand them. Speaking of Lilly she was supposed to meet her here at some point, she had to remember to text her in a bit. As she started to walk through the fair old memories swarmed back to her. It was as if the place had never changed since she was little; this is exactly what she needed. Listening to the small tinkering of the music and the smell of the small fire pits she felt at home. As odd as that was she was home.
Sighing deeply she looks at the different vendors, ignoring the stares and glares she was getting. This is what she had to deal with, she had to. It was her own mess and she had to get over it some how. While she was staring at a younger teen of La Push who said some choicey words to her as she passed she hears Tommy start to fuss. ”Shhh baby it’s okay,” she says sweetly as she opens the sunflap of his car carrier and puts his pacifier in his mouth. Moving the pacifier around in his mouth a little, Tommy finally takes it smiling up at her sweetly. He was her reason for living, and she would do anything for him. ”There you go sweet boy” she coos as she tightens his blanket around him. It was hard to believe this little baby that was inside of her makes her feel more whole and complete then she ever had her entire life. The only other time she ever felt that way was with Neven, and that was not that way anymore. It couldn’t be.
