[/COLOR][/B]: Toby has a pretty simple look; he has short, light brown hair, which is prone to falling into his face and somewhat blocking his vision. He's moderately tall, around five foot eleven, give or take some. Due to a few years of a fairly solid working out schedule, he has a fairly impressive body, and a lot of his weight is made out of muscle. He does take pride in his appearance, but doesn't spend ages and ages on picking out an outfit or sorting out his hair; though every now and then he can be like that. If something important's happening, he'll dress smartly, but usually he's clothed in skinny jeans and hoodies and the like. Toby's eyes are a fairly common brown colour, nothing spectacular, though they can sparkle quite nicely when he's happy.
personality: Shy would be the perfect word to describe Toby. He's not a conversation starter, he's not outgoing, he's not popular, really. It's not that he doesn't like people, not at all; if he gets to know you he'll adore you. He's just very awkward and quiet, even though his well muscled build makes him look confident. He'd rather be by himself reading or relaxing to music, than with a crowd of people going out somewhere. Some people could say he's geeky, but most people would think twice before saying such insulting terms to Toby. His athletic build makes him look very strong, and maybe even intimidating - but honestly, he wouldn't hurt a fly.
He's terrified of people finding out he's gay; he's paranoid that he will get hell for it. Perhaps this causes some of his awkwardness. But no matter the reason, Toby is a very shy guy, and it will take a little bit of coaxing for him to open up to someone.

• intelligent; Toby's fairly smart, he paid attention in his classes and all that. He's not the next Einstein, but he knows a fair amount.

weaknesses:

• socializing; He gets very awkward around large groups of people, and is pretty quiet. This marks him down as shy, so socializing is not his strong point at all.
  
• bottling things up; When people get to him, he doesn't talk it out. He stores the negative emotions, and then they're prone to just burst out sometime.
  
• scary things; Toby's a bit of a scaredy cat. He hates anything even moderately spooky, and detests horror movies and novels. They just get his imagination working too much.
  
• ignorance; Plain and simple, ignorant idiots just tend to annoy Toby, though he doesn't show this all too much.

The rain drizzled down steadily, wetting the artificially lighted city, beating against the walls of derelict buildings, tapping gently on the windows oflate-night restaurants and pubs. In a coffee shop, one waitress wandered around the warm little corner-building. There was not much business, as everyone was either huddled up in home or sheltering in a larger, brighter place. One man stared through the streaming rain. The waitress walked over to him, tacky high heels clicking. “Can I help you, sir?” she inquired.
He started as she talked to him, but was seemingly ignoring her; he seemed to have seen something outside.
“Sir?” she prompted again, running a hand through her frizzy ginger hair. He turned slowly to face her, and spoke in a voice as soft and quiet as velvet silk.
“No, I am fine, thank you, ma’am. I must leave this lovely little shop now, however.”
And, with that, he turned away and strolled out of the coffee shop. Though she wasn’t sure, the waitress was sure she spotted a glimmer of silver and a curved blade in his hand.
