She has a skinny pretty face. She is gorgeous and her face is just the start. She has a strong jaw line which can standout very well with an up do. Everything on her face fits pretty nicely; there really isn't anything that stands out at a first glance. Chloe have a rather pale skin, and it's quite sensitive.

Chloe's eyes are very transfixing. They usually have a musty shade of black or dark brown which makes them smaller but also makes them stand out.
Her eyes are one of the prettiest features, always take people by surprise. Some say she can start a conversation just by looking at her eyes. They really show emotion and can sometimes even bear the feelings she was holding at that particular moment. She often wears dark eye makeup to intensify her eyes color and sometimes very simple and mellow eye makeup.
Her eyes are a perfect almond shape which everyone takes notice of. Lining her green eyes are her long black eyelashes, usually elongated with the use of black mascara.

Chloe definitely isn't lacking in beauty. Everything from her perfectly straight pearly whites to her shoulder length, golden locks just screams beautiful.
Her hair is the run-your-hand-through kind of hair that is super silky and also extremely shiny and looks amazing all the time.

You can often find Chloe in a variety of colors and patterns. Her favorite choice of attire would have to be anything with polka dots and splashes. Chloe loves to dress outrageously, seeing as people often label her as a preppy snob, she adores when they're proven so wrong.
Wears bangles, pearls, beads, bottle cap necklaces, seashells, all sorts of rings and so much more. She has a tendency to consistently wear a studded belt backwards on her jeans which some people find cute or out there at times. Her jeans are always long legged so they sometimes cover part of her shoes and get torn at the bottom, not that she has a problem with that whatsoever.
Has a very unique statement when it comes to fashion. She doesn't try to standout nor does she try and hide in the crowd. She blends and at the same time stands out quite nicely. She can fit in really anywhere. She is flexible when it comes to fashion and anything really looks good on her. She just sorta makes it her own by adding something minor or cutting off a sleeve.

Chloe is an all round bubbly girl. She just likes to enjoy life and has fun. She is good with people and always knows what to say even in the stickiest of situations. Although she’s normally nice but, if you start off on the wrong foot the chances of her forgiving you are slim. She is very outgoing, always at the towns hot stop and hanging out with friends of every sort. She’s an incredibly loyal friend and the people she hangs out with are known to range from every label.
Along with beauty, she also has brains which many girls are jealous of her for. So many times she has been called selfish or full of herself and she doesn't take time to argue with the title because its better then having low self esteem. She tries to tell the truth no matter how hurtful it can be but, sometimes, lying is necessary. With guys, Chloe is more a friendly person and doesn't look at them based on whether or not they would be a good boyfriend but, more a good friend. Sometimes, she uses terms of affection unintentionally which gives some guys the idea she has a crush on them which is rarely true...
Chloe has a natural drive for fun. She loves having a good laugh, or doing something entertaining. She will do anything to have a grand time, which gets her in trouble a lot. She will also do anything to make sure other people have a good time... This gets her into trouble even more. She is truly a party girl through and through.
She is rather Confident and Independent; Chloe is generally a happy person. But when she is angry, all hell breaks loose. You don't want to make her angry; she has a little bit of a temper and may over react a little bit. Over all, she is mostly seen smiling. She is funny. She likes to laugh.
She can be very stubborn and sometimes will refuse to do anything. She sometimes feels confined in her world.
Look up the word 'Impatient' in the dictionary, and guess what?! You will find a picture of Chloe right next to the word. She has the patience of an angry soccer mom stuck in traffic. Meaning, she has none whatsoever. She hates standing in line. Despises it. The only way she'll stand in any line at all is if she has someone to distract her from the fact that she is actually waiting for someone. She has quite a nasty temper when she has to wait for too long, and normally takes it out on her friends.
When she likes somebody, she is like a totally different person. She is able to loosen up and expose her silly, sweet, and truly innocent side when she is around somebody that she respected and truly trusted. Chloe is not a shallow person at all. Although she has extremely high standards because she believes that she is worth it, for the most part she is looking for a sweet and honest guy that would be able to handle all of the problems she would be throwing his way.
