To say that Tim slammed his laptop shut and stormed out of the dorm would not have been too big of an exaggeration. In reality, the 'slam' was more of a 'gentle closing,' and the storming was more of a long, purposeful stride. Interrupted, of course, when he had to go back into the dorm and put some shoes on, but a stride nonetheless. He had no idea what his little sister was talking about, but he intended to find out. It wasn't as if he hadn't warned her that he would be every bit the invasive, annoying big brother, and this was one of this moments in which he was prepared to go full-out. He would get to the bottom of this no matter what. The sweet, doe-eyed, innocent look wouldn't get her out of it this time; she hadn't been joking around about having done 'something,' and if that 'something' was what he thought it was... well. He would be very disappointed.
As he made the short trek from Martinetti to Mason Hall, the scowl did not fade from Tim's face. He was in no way aware of the hypocritical nature of his anger. All he knew was that somebody had a lot of explaining to do. He couldn't even think properly about what had just happened, to tell the honest truth; his entire mind was intent on imagining up a variety of possible answers to the question he almost dreaded asking: 'what the hell did you do?' Had Becky not been his sister, he might have even incorporated the use of the F-word, but he figured he should at least grant her one small kindness. She could thank him for it later. She could also thank him for not calling their mother, though depending on her answer, he hadn't trashed that plan completely. Marching inside the building and down the hall, Tim wondered how exactly he should approach the situation. Would anger be more effective than peaceful negotiation? Probably; Becky was always talking him out of things.
When, finally, he arrived outside her door, he paused for a moment to collect himself. If her room mate happened to be there, he didn't want to make a scene by banging down the door. Then again, it would serve Rebecca right for freaking him out like this. Once he was absolutely certain he could at least try to be discreet, Tim lifted a fist, knocking heavily on the door. "Becky," he called, noting that his voice vaguely resembled the warning tone their father used whenever one of them got into Big Trouble. He hadn't gotten all his genes from his mom, then. "I know you're in there!" he added, for good measure. There was no way she could've known he was coming - he hadn't told her, and the journey had taken less than five minutes. Now was not the time for games.

Becky slammed her lid down on her laptop and frowned. Though she was winding him up, she didn’t think her brother needed to get as angry as he did. She was just having a laugh with him really; she hadn’t done THAT much to be fair. It wasn’t as if she was on drugs or anything like that. They hadn’t really ever had a big massive fight like this though, normally it was over something really stupid when they had been younger, this was stupid but now they were older it seemed more serious. She heard a knock at the door and rolled her eyes at Timmy’s voice. Why was he so invading? She really hadn’t done anything wrong, but just to carry on the joke (that she thought was funny) she went into the bathroom and turned the shower on, shutting the door behind her. Of course he would realise no one was in there, because he’d storm in there and see that, but it would be fun just to watch him do that. She waited a little longer to open the door to him. She was angry that he had even bothered going round and just rolled her eyes before opening the door and smiling innocently.
Oh Timothy, what a lovely surprise, how lovely to see you she said putting on a ‘posh’ british accent and smirked at him. What are you here for anyway? she asked returning to her usual voice and looking at her with curiosity. She knew why he was here, he was going to tell her off probably but she was acting innocent hoping it would get her somewhere. It usually did. Becky was one of those people who acted all innocent but when she did something ‘bad’ she would somehow get away with it. Her parents saw her as their little girl and still treated her like a child in some ways, obviously not all the time, but she knew that they thought she was more innocent than she was. A lot more innocent, although she had never been into drugs or anything like that, she’d had a boyfriend and lost her virginity to him, none of her family knew that because she planned it for when they were all away. She could be sneaky when she wanted to be and that was why she got away with things easier, she found it rather fun.
Seriously why are you here? she asked looking at him confused. My roomie is in the shower, we’re going for round two when he’s had a shower, well I’ll make him she smirked. She was obviously alone in the room right now, all Tim had to do was open the bathroom and discover there was no one there either. Then he would ask why she lied. She didn’t really know. Maybe it was because she was acting out, because of Mel. Even though she had spoken to her sister without any nastiness, she still didn’t really want her around, it was ruining things for her and Tim. She could easily blame all of the behaviour on Mel, and she would do. It had only been a few days since she arrived but it seemed like forever and she was still very angry, taking out her frustrations on anything else. She wasn’t a moody person in the slightest so it was unusual for her, and she hated being this way with Tim. She looked at him and wiped away the tears that were escaping from her face, hoping he wouldn’t notice them. She didn’t want him to see her crying.

Tim waited impatiently for Becky to open the door, tempted to yell at her to hurry up. Or maybe kick it down himself, if it came to that. He'd seen cops do it enough on television; piece of cake. Just as he was preparing to launch himself against the (hopefully) frail wooden frame, the offending entranceway opened. Quickly, Tim placed his hands on his hips, being sure to scowl deeply. "Who are you, Chris Judd?" he asked at her accent, mentally apologizing to his friend for using him as an insult. Chris was great, really, but he just had that whole posh British thing going on.. anyway, this wasn't about that, it was about the question of whether or not Becky was actually a whore. Knitting his eyebrows together, Tim muscled his way past his sister into the room, looking around suspiciously. "You know what I'm here for." He could hear the shower running, but didn't honestly care about whether or not her room mate was around. Shit was going down right now.
While Becky probably thought she could get herself off the hook by acting like a perfect angel, Tim wasn't buying it. He'd seen her pull that too many times with their parents, usually for his benefit, and was fairly certain he knew most of her tricks. "Oh, don't look at me like that," warned, wagging his finger at her. Even when he was angry, Tim couldn't help but try to amuse himself with small things like that. It was kind of messed up, actually, and didn't really help when he wanted people to know how pissed off he was. In this case, however, he was not so much angry as worried. What if Becky was getting herself into some sort of mess? What if she had done something crazy and un-Becky-like? His breathing became shallower, and he had to pause and count to ten. Now would not be a good time to hyperventilate or pass out. Surveying the room once more, Tim gave Becky his full attention, expression the definition of stern.
"I'm here because... because you," he pointed at her accusingly, "are saying weird things to people on IM, and then acting like some sort of s- some sort of crazy person!" Tim waved his hands around wildly, careful to avoid the word 'slut.' "And I mean, you can't just joke around about stuff like that, Becky, because it freaks me out." As he spoke, he paced in a small circle, all but ripping his hair out. When he glanced over at her once more, his eyes were wide with concern, and he looked very much like a rabid puppy. At the mention her room mate, he almost exploded, drawing his mouth into a tight little line and moving closer to her, straightening up to his full height. "Round two? Round two?!" he bellowed. He could tell she was simply being difficult, but he couldn't really control the brotherly instinct to be a pain in the ass. "Why, Bex? Why are you..." His voice decreased in volume, and he eyed her uncertainly, catching the movement of her wiping her eyes. Shit. Was she crying? Had he done that? His shoulders slumped a bit, and he bit his lip. "Becky?"

Becky looked at him puzzled for a moment, not knowing who ‘Chris Judd’ was Who is Chris.......ohh him she said and folded her arms looking at him. I am not like him she frowned at him. She watched him look around suspiciously What are you looking for Tim? she asked with a smile. Find what you are looking for? she asked as he had searched round a little more. Oh I know, you are here to see what I am doing.....or who I am doing more like she said. Saying that actually made her cringe inside. Why she was acting this way she didn’t really know. She couldn’t blame it fully on Mel really could she? Well she could at least try, it was worth it because she didn’t like her...well it was just complicated. She wasn’t just going to forgive her, it was going to take time and Becky was giving her a chance. That should be good enough. Why do you have to butt into my business? she asked him frowning. I mean, really? Seriously.....I am a big girl, I can handle myself I think she told him. I know what I am doing she told him with a nod.
Like what Tim? she asked her. Look I am not the one who has barged in here all suspicioius, do you really not trust me? she asked. It’s kinda funny to like, see you all stern she smirked at him. it’s just not you she tilted her head to the side. I just heard it and it makes me giggle she said going into a fit of giggles. Timmy, my sex life is my business, not yours....just like yours is not my business, see? she said Gooood....well I hope you do she told him. Just. It’s not she shook her head. She was being difficult but kind of enjoying it in a way, it wasn’t really her usual behaviour because she wasn’t all that badass so right now, pretending that she was....that was just funny. Have you seen the movie easy A? It has something to do with that book we are studying in English. I am gonna go stick an ‘A’ on my wardrobe just like the girl did in the movie she laughed. I mean you are just assuming I am a slut she said glaring at him. She folded her arms at him and pouted, this was so unfair.
Oh I am saying weird things on IM so you just believe them. Thanks she said. Go on! Go on say it.....say it....I’m acting like a slut, that is what you think isn’t it? she said then scoffed UGH! She softened when he said it freaked him out and actually felt bad. He then went off on one about her saying she was going for round two. That was when the tears came. I’m fine! she said wiping her eyes. Okay so she really wasn’t but she wasn’t wanting to go into what was wrong. You know I may have done stuff you would kill me for, but its not really what you think she told him honestly. It’s just little, normal stuff and I thought it would be fun to wind you up. she then burst into tears. You know, I have so much to deal with right now, I gotta get good grades, and then there is Mel she said. There she had mentioned her. You didn’t even tell me she was around, and I bet you are on her side she said crying even more And we’re not pinky and the brain anymore she said, obviously being overdramatic. I want to like her and for her to be my sister, normally....you know? But I am finding it hard she wiped her eyes and looked up at him with a pout on her face. I’m sorry tim.

"Yeah, well, you sounded like him so...whatever," Tim waved a hand as if erasing the entire Chris Judd comment. It had been pointless, anyway, and he knew Becky wasn't anything like his British friend. Why did she have to take everything so personally, anyway? Couldn't a guy go off on a crazy rant without having to worry about her taking every word to heart? When she asked what he was looking for, he scowled. "Oh, you know, birth control, leather, handcuffs..." he squinted at her dresser as if expecting to see something incriminating sitting proudly on top of it, "you haven't started buying thongs, have you? Because that is the first step." He turned toward her, voice taking on a warning tone. She was lucky he wasn't rummaging through her underwear drawer; that was just a step too far. He would never do that! Not unless absolutely necessary. As Tim's sister continued talking, his eyes blazed. "Yes, who. What are you doing, Becky? Why? Why?!" He threw his hands up in the air. It would have been comical to witness, had he not been so genuinely upset, and he shook his head, feeling his curls bounce about nervously. At the moment he was fairly agitated, and therefore unable to stand still, so he continued to pace in front of her. He was also afraid to meet her eyes, knowing he would face either wrath or sadness.
"You may be a 'big girl,'" Tim lifted his hands in air quotations, "but you're still my little sister. You'll always be my little sister. I don't care if it's only by a year, I'm taller than you anyway, and it's my job to butt into your business and freak out and be annoying and overprotective like this. You should be glad I'm here!" While he was trying to be stern and angry, he sounded more like he was having some sort of masculine meltdown. "I trust you, I just don't trust you. Especially when you're acting like some sort of... closet sex kitten!" Okay, that had been lame. But Tim hadn't had time to prepare a more appropriate speech; he was improvising the whole thing, which meant imperfections were to be expected. He also hadn't wanted to call her a slut yet again. When she began giggling, he crossed his arms over his chest, pausing to tap his foot and glare at her. "I'm glad you find this funny. You could be giving me a heart attack, you know. I'm sure you've taken ten years off of my life already." However, that wasn't enough to stop her talking, and he could only gasp in horror as she continued. "I think I deserve to know if some guy is... if some guy has... if some... some guy..." He bit his lip, trying not to explode. It was true, though - he was being a hypocrite. Yet, he couldn't help but feel that he knew what he was doing, while she was still young and naive. What if that wasn't the case any more? What if she'd grown up somehow? What if she'd had tonnes of sex? For a moment, he simply stared at Becky, feeling as if a brand new person were standing in front of him.
When she brought up some movie called 'Easy A,' he looked at her blankly. "I have no idea what that is. But I can't believe you just said that," he told her, figuring sticking an 'A' on her wardrobe would be a bad thing. When she reprimanded him for calling her a slut, however, he frowned. "I wouldn't be assuming you were a slut if you weren't acting like one! Not that you're acting like one. But you're saying things that make it sound like you have been acting like one, so what am I supposed to do? I never thought you might be one before, obviously. I just.. I'm confused." He threw his hands up, looking more and more panicked. You just couldn't win a fight with a woman; it was impossible. "How could I not believe them? Why would you lie about those things over IM to some stranger?" And why are you so goddamn stubborn? he added, though he would never dare say such a thing out loud. This was entirely her fault. He wasn't budging on the matter. She'd started it!
"You're not fine!" Tim roared, catching sight of her tears. Then, realizing that shouting at her probably wasn't such a good idea in this situation, quieted down. "Becky, you're not fine. What's going on?" Immediately, he had an arm around her, going from protective big brother to caring big brother. "You know I wouldn't really kill you, right? Just... you scared me." Tim eyed her earnestly. He was still shaking from the thought of her doing some sort of crazy shit while he'd been stuck in Jacksonville. As she started crying, he pulled her in for a hug, squeezing her tightly and stroking her hair in what he hoped was a comforting manner. "Bex, I only just found out Mel was here this morning. I was going on IM to ask if I could come over and talk to you about it. And I'm not on her side!" He stood a bit taller, moving back to look at her properly. "Of course we're still pinky and the brain. We always will be, with or without Mel. And obviously you'd find it hard, it's hard for me, too. She's a complete stranger." He drew in a deep breath, then let out a sigh. "But I am giving her a chance. I think she genuinely wants to change."
ooc o.o Becky seriously makes my Tim muse explode all over everything. I know I've already said this ten billion times, but THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU FOR MAKING HER.

Well whatever to you too she sighed and folded her arms and gave him the dead eye. This was so not working and it didn’t feel right her being all moody with her brother. She wanted to just laugh with him but right now she was being difficult and she couldn’t get out of the mind frame to be anything but difficult, it kind of bugged her but at the same time she was finding it rather fun because it was just something she had never done with Tim and he was getting annoyed. She didn’t like seeing him annoyed but...well she didn’t really know. Wait leather handcuffs, why would I have....ohh....ewww you seriously think I am like that? she rolled her eyes at him. You won’t even find anything like that in my room, and if you do they are not mine she scowled at him. I don’t really know what exactly you are thinking...well I do but just get it out of your head she said annoyed. don’t you think it’s just a little perverted that you’re thinking about it me doing all that? she said to him. I mean yeah your being all protective and big brother on me now but still she told him honestly It is just a little strange. Becky wasn’t going to shift on her view on that, she believed it was the truth. And what is it to you if I buy them? What are you going to do? Go rooting through my underwear draw and find out? she shook her head at him. Just so you know, I DON’T wear them and I don’t even plan on wearing them. I don’t like them she told him. She then saw his look, he was genuinely upset and she bit her lip I just thought it would be fun she said rather innocently. She was talking about messing with him, and not anything else.
Stop with the air quotes Tim! I am seventeen! Only a year younger than you she protested. Oh I should be glad should I? Well I really am not, I have to say. I mean I would under different circumstances but right now you are just pissing me off. she told him. You’re acting like I am some kind of criminal or something! she said to him. I guarantee that there are worse girls out there around the school and the town, I am still the same ‘innocent’ Becky I am and was...or whatever she said not really knowing if it was ‘was’ or ‘am’ at this point. She was just insulted that he thought she was some kind of slut really. that makes no sense. You TRUST me but you don’t trust me? What kind of bullshit is that? Becky didn’t swear much, but her anger was taking over just a little bit and she was getting annoyed. So the words were coming out quite easily. I am not a sex kitten, I’m not even a closet one, I don’t even know what you mean by that she told him honestly. Oh don’t be so dramatic Tim, you are perfectly healthy, there is no way you’ll have a heart attack, ever....you’ll be like a cockroach and outlive us all she giggled. She actually meant that in a nice way, so she thought that she should actually explain that. I meant that in a nice way by the way...before you comment back at me for it. she just looked at him and rolled her eyes.
When he went on about him ‘deserving’ to know if some guy was.... If some guy was what? Tim? she asked him. Then she sighed. You might as well sit down she said sitting on her bed herself. I’m not a virgin she admitted to him. I had a boyfriend back in New York, but it didn’t really end that well. He was a jerk and it turned out he was basically just using me she told him. So now you know. She wanted to burst into tears right then and there but held it in. She had to keep it together right now and not get all emotional which she knew she would do at some point. But just because I am not a virgin doesn’t mean I am not the same Becky. I am the same she said. I’m not going to change for anyone. I wouldn’t know how to change. I like who I am, have no reason to change. But I don’t understand why it’s a big deal she said to him. It happens and it was going to happen sometime. It’s just over and done with now, but mom and dad don’t know....please don’t tell them she said biting her lip.
The ‘A’ stood for adultress, aka mistress, aka whore...so right now that is what you think I am isn’t it? Especially now I told you I am not a virgin. I made a mistake with that but its my mistake. Let me make them she told him softly. Well yeah, I said that because I thought it would be funny, it got out of hand. Yeah what I’ve done is just average teenage stuff, I have already said that and now I’m repeating myself she rolled her eyes. I’m sorry....I just....it got out of hand okay? she said with a small smile. I never meant to make you mad or angry or anything she said to him looking into his eyes. I wouldn’t say that type of thing to a stranger. It was you who came online, so I was lucky she shrugged. No problem right? But a stranger could have misinterpritated it and that isn’t good but I would have told them to go away if I needed to. I am not stupid Timmy, we have been through this before she sighed.
It had finally got too much for her and Tim could see that when she burst into tears. His raised voice wasn’t making things easier though. No, no , no It’s fine she said, refusing to tell him what was up, though he would probably be able to help her, she knew he would do as well. She sniffed when he put his arm round her, and said he wouldn’t really kill her. She nodded slightly I do, kind of....I think she said. But you were really angry she pouted with her innocent eyes. I’m sorry I made you scared she sniffled. She hugged him back tightly, not wanting to let go, at least they had made up, even though the fight wasn’t much of a fight. You did? she asked tilting her head to the side. you were? he said your not? Really? Definitely definitely? she asked. Because I know you never got much of her bullying, it’s easier for you, but you can understand why I am feeling like this right? she said. Always she smiled when he said they would always be pinky and the brain. I want to give her a chance too, its hard though she admitted.
[OOC; YAY for Tim muse, and your welcome I guess I owed you cos you made Kait XD I love how long my replies are now. Around this time last year there is no way I'd be able to write this much ahha...they soooo deserved siblings OTM!]

"How am I supposed to know what kind of... devices you use in your expeditions?" Tim asked, knowing he was stepping out of line. It still felt like he was half-joking, even though he was seriously frustrated with Becky. As she continued, however, he sighed. "Fine. It's out. But still..." he couldn't help but eye her suspiciously, not quite sure just how much she deserved to be trusted. When she called him perverted, he frowned deeply. "I... um, well, I guess it could be considered kind of weird, actually," he admitted thoughtfully, angered expression fading for a moment before he remembered why he'd come to her dorm in the first place. "But if you ever even consider buying anything like that, you and I are going to have a long talk. If I find out, of course. So... don't do it, because I will find out!" Oh, yes, Mr. Threatening Timmy was coming out to play. If she didn't burst out laughing at his failing attempts to frighten her, he could count it as a success. He was a bit relieved to hear that she didn't plan on wearing thongs (were they seriously talking about underwear?), and could only nod, replying with, "good." Fortunately, she wizened up at that point and actually gave him a straight answer, which really only served to confuse him further. "Fun? Fun to act like one of those crazy girls and rile your brother up? Sheesh, don't you have any board games?" Which reminded him, he really needed to have a board game night.
"Yeah, well..." Tim stopped, realizing that Becky would be the same age as him for approximately two more weeks. Why couldn't she have been born a year later, so that big brotherly activities such as this would be easier? "A lot of people don't have older siblings to look out for them! Imagine if I didn't care? If I was just like 'oh, she'll be fine' and let you do what you want? I mean, it probably sounds great now, but I can assure you that all of this is necessary." He was waving his hands around again, trying to distract her from the weakness of his argument. Maybe he wasn't really here because he was concerned about her supposed double life. Maybe he just missed barging in on her. It was so difficult to come up with an appropriate excuse when she lived in a whole different dorm building. "I'm sorry for pissing you off, then. I don't think you're a criminal!" he assured her, realizing that he may have overreacted just a little bit, "and I know you're not the worst! You're not even in the running! I just... I was afraid you might be heading in that direction! You know how I am with jumping to conclusions." Tim had always been quite talented when it came to freaking out over nothing.
When Becky pulled the bullshit card, Tim simply stood, mouth gaping. "The kind of bullshit that only makes sense in my head, I guess.." Great. He was officially on the defensive. He should have known better than to get involved in such an argument, especially since he had no legitimate grounds for his accusations. When she pointed out that he was perfectly healthy, he managed a wry smile. However, the smile evaporated from his face when she compared him to a cockroach, and his eyes widened. "Fuck. Becky," he brushed at his arms, looking fearfully around the room, feeling his chest tighten and his throat start to close. "Becky, you know I've got a phobia of c- of those, right?" He took in a deep breath, reminding himself that there weren't any in the room. They weren't going to explode from cracks in the walls and engulf the entire room and crawl all over him and eat him alive. He was safe. He did kind of want to lie down, though. What were they talking about again? Becky's slutiness? "Yeah, I'm sure you meant it in a nice way, but I really like to think of myself as more of a... a cat, you know? Nine lives." He tried to grin, but his face was pale and he looked more terrified than anything.
When Becky told him to sit down, Tim gladly took her up on the offer, still feeling a bit shaky. He sunk onto the bed, then glanced up at her, still not quite caught up with what was going on. In fact, he was so focused on calming himself down, he didn't even register her admission straight away. When, finally, he figured out what she'd said, his shoulders slumped and he pressed his lips into a tight line. "Oh." His fingers clenched around the blankets, and he looked down at his lap. "Oh." Actually, he kind of felt like he was going to be sick. Especially when she admitted her 'boyfriend' had only been using her. "Using you for... what?" he asked, still not meeting her eyes, "for sex? For... who is this guy?" A bit of colour returned to his face as his temper rose. He didn't even really care that Becky wasn't a virgin. Actually, he did, but not as much as he cared about the fact that some boy had hurt her. He looked up, gaze hardening. "Okay, Becky. Okay. It's okay, I won't tell them." Tim nodded slowly, still not quite processing what was going on. Groaning, he added, "I could really use some ice cream right now."
When Becky explained the 'A,' Tim winced, now feeling about ten times more horrible for treating her the way he had. He definitely had a lot of apologizing to do. When she pointed out that she should be allowed to make her own mistakes, his gaze softened. "I know, but it's hard. I just don't want anything to happen to you..." As she continued, he nodded, understanding completely. "It's all right. I'm sorry I overreacted. I know you're not stupid, you're a Wright. We're the smartest people in the world!" He tried to smile, but it faltered, sucking the power out of his words. However, when she began to cry, he sprung up from the bed to comfort her, completely forgetting about everything else. "Yeah, believe it or not, I actually have the ability to get angry," he smirked. He'd just never had to direct his anger at her. He laughed at her shock as he told her about Mel, shaking his head and playfully wiping the tear stains from her cheeks. "Definitely. And you're right... she mostly ignored me or told on me. She never really bullied me until I told her about Carter, and that was awful." He shuddered. "Of course I understand. Just keep in mind that she's a person, too... she makes mistakes, too. I'm not saying you have to forgive her completely, but let her try, I guess." Tim blinked, feeling emotionally drained. He wasn't meant to feel so many different things in such a short time period.
ooc Definitely. They're the bestest siblings ever! =P Also, heads up, Tim kind of has a phobia of cockroaches lmao. It's kind of lucky that she mentioned them before telling him about her virginity, though, otherwise he definitely would've exploded.

Tim.... she started to say Do you really think I use them when I had to think for a second with what you meant? she said with her arms folded Not so much Sherlock Holmes huh? she smirked at him. I am not doing anything like that Timothy Andreas Wright, believe me she told him with a smile. If I was, though it wouldn’t be your buisness she told him sternly. I’m legal though so I don’t know why it’s that big a deal. I know I am your ‘little sister’ but still she put ‘little sister’ in air quotes because she was only really a year younger than him. She started giggling when he threatened her Sorry, it’s just I really can’t see you as the threatening type. You tried though she said tapping his side kudos for trying, k? she smiled at him. She had to give him credit for at least trying, well she didn’t HAVE to but she was going to, because she thought why not. Timmy, that conversation never has to happen, believe me she nodded at him. Don’t worry okay? she nodded again. You know I have ways of you not finding out stuff anyway she laughed. Well it was a little fun she beamed at him. It’s like, so easy...you know? she said to him. If it wasn’t so easy then it wouldn’t be as fun, not nearly as much. Sorry bro but your just an easy target...I mean I could never go to Mel and say I’d done those stuff cos she would just tell mom and dad or something, you know? she smiled. I love you! Remember that she went to hug him so she would hope that he couldn’t get mad at her. And board games? How old do you think I am? she joked.
Yeah well... she said looking straight at him. Oh if I didn’t have an older sibling who cared I would not be sad she said. I would be really happy, it would be great, because I am actually innocent she said to him. I mean do you think I am like all those girls who go sleeping around like it’s no big deal? she asked. I don’t like to be nasty but I have read those X blogs. Some girls at this school just seem a little out of control. But maybe it’s all rumours. Do you know them? she asked curiously. I guess..... she started to say In the long run, it really is nicer to have you be all protective she told him. I mean, I love you and everything, I don’t resent it, that much because I know why you do it she said. I don’t really want to be all ‘rebel like’ I mean I try but fail she giggled slightly. Anything like that I do is because of my own stupidity, but you have to learn from mistakes right? she smiled at him. Your a great big brother though she put her arms around him and kissed his cheek. Well good she smiled Because I am nowhere near being a criminal she told her. I will never be one of those girls, you have no worrying about that. I don’t want to be like that Timmy, just so you know, I am sure you AND Carter will make sure it doesn’t happen she smiled. She had to admit that she loved Carter like a brother. Yes, she used to have a little crush on him when she was little but that was long gone now. He was off limits and plus he was too much like a brother.
You guess? she said Well you guess right she said, looking pissed off with him. No need to act all defensive, you know you are partly in the wrong Timothy she said. But it is okay, I just haven’t seen you get defensive with me, not unless it’s stupid little lame fights from when we were younger. Mind you this fight is lame too....is this a fight? she asked him. She didn’t really know whether it was or not and she was confused. She didn’t like fighting with him in the least. OH..... she giggled slightly remembering her brothers phobias of cockroaches. Sorry....I er.....forgot she told him. We can move off that subject though she told him, well she would do because she wouldn’t want to talk about her phobia to anyone, she understood. Didn’t anyone have at least one phobia? She nodded to herself. She herself did not like cockroaches but she wasn’t like Tim was with them, if she didn’t know how much he actually hated them she would laugh and call him lame. Well maybe not lame but she would laugh. Becky did not have it in her to be that mean....well mean in the slightest since it wasn’t really that mean calling someone lame. Okay okay....you’re a cat with nine lives she grinned at him. Happy? she asked him. You should be! she told him. I mean that is what you want isn’t it....how could would it be to have nine lives....or just live forever anyway? she said. It would be really cool wouldn’t it...and if animals could talk that would be even better, I wonder what they would say if they could talk, what do you think they would say? she said going on about it, she would not stop talking now.
She knew telling her brother about losing her virginity would not be an easy thing to do, on both parts. She knew he wouldn’t like hearing about it. She saw him go all tense and knew what that meant. He was feeling weird about it, he didn’t like hearing that his ‘little’ sister wasn’t a virgin anymore, but what could he expect? For her to stay a virgin forever? Till marriage? She shrugged it off, it was done now and even Becky didn’t like thinking about it because it had hurt her. She wished so much that she could take back what she’d done, but the fact was there had been more than one occasion. She hadn’t done it since and didn’t plan on doing so until she actually knew she was in love. She hoped that she would find the right guy soon, when she had gone round to find Tim earlier, Emeri his friend had been there, he had been so nice, he seemed like the perfect guy, and she had to admit she had a crush on him, but she still didn’t know him completely, she thought if Tim liked him then he couldn’t be bad at all, her brother was a really good judge of character...he really was the best. Yes she said quietly and not looking at him. He used me...for sex she said. It doesn’t matter what his name is, he isn’t around here for you to have a go at, if he does arrive here though, I give you full permission to have a go at him, I don’t want to be around him. she said. I just want to not think about it, because it makes me upset she said with tears in her eyes. I don’t like him she pouted at him. And good, because you can’t....thank you Tim she nodded. I’ll get some ice cream she smiled.
Becky went to the kitchen area of the dorm and brought out their favourite ice cream ‘phish food’ and two spoons, passing one to Tim. I know...I know that she nodded opening the ice cream and putting her spoon in. I love you for caring, I really do she smiled at him. Yes, Wrights are very smart she smiled at him. Angry? Is that what you call it? she laughed. She then nodded at Tim when talking about their sister. I guess it wouldn’t hurt to give her a shot. It just hurt that you didn’t come running to tell me first I guess, I am a baby like that I suppose she shrugged.

Tim shrugged, giving her a questioning look. "Or you could just be pretending," he pointed out, though he was actually joking now. As if Becky would ever own a secret stash of sex toys... the thought was completely ridiculous! To tell the truth, Tim wasn't sure how much of their conversation was actual anger and how much was just slightly sarcastic over-reaction. "Just because it's legal doesn't mean you do it!" he exclaimed, looking almost horrified that she would even say something like that. Now, he was certain she was trying to rile him up, and she was doing an amazingly good job at it. Having her around definitely wasn't good for his stress levels, and had he not loved her so very much he would've called their parents up straight away and had them come drag her back home where she could be looked after properly. He scowled when she merely giggled at his threats. "Hey! I can be a badass when I want to!" he declared, perhaps thinking a bit too highly of his ability to be anything but caring and generous. When she pointed out that she had the ability to keep secrets from him, he glared at her suspiciously, leaning forward and trying to read her face. "You better hope I don't find out, then," he tried, knowing he'd lost this battle. When Becky claimed that she actually enjoyed annoying him, Tim placed his hands almost comically on his hips, looking terribly disgruntled. "You're horrible," he told her, trying to sound offended and struggling to keep from returning her hug. Unfortunately, she managed to melt his heart, and he gave in, wrapping his arms around her briefly. "Please, I still like board games and I'm practically eighteen," he grinned. There was nothing quite like a hardcore game of Monopoly.
When Becky basically claimed that without him, she would be happy, Tim's expression became one of horror. "I don't think you're one of those girls, but Bex, are you trying to say you.. you don't want me?" There was a glimmer of wounded pride in his eyes as he thought that, maybe, she'd grown up so much that his presence wasn't actually necessary any more. He doubted she would want to remove him from her life completely - after all, he was the definition of awesome - but even to joke about it was terrible and unfair. He rolled his eyes when she brought up the X blogs, though. "Yeah, and have you read what they've said about me? Most... well, some... a lot of that wasn't true. And what girls? Kayla and Bree?" Tim laughed, shaking his head. "They're really cool. Kayla's pretty much one of my best friends. And she's definitely not out of control." At least, to his knowledge. When Becky admitted she didn't mind having him be protective, Tim relaxed a bit. That was a relief, as he hadn't been planning to leave her to defend herself any time soon. "Yeah, I guess mistakes are necessary, but..." he raised a hand, patting her head, "don't go out and try to make them, you know?" He laughed as she kissed his cheek, muttering, "suck up," in reply to her compliment about him being a great big brother. He nodded as she continued, smirking when she brought up Carter. "Don't worry, I've got a whole bunch of people who can watch you," a sly grin spread across his face, "but that's none of your concern." He was only partially joking.
Tim had the decency to appear remorseful when Becky gave him a look which displayed a good amount of anger. "Eh.." he scratched the back of his neck, suddenly nervous. He was almost one-hundred percent certain Becky had inherited their mother's ability to put someone in their place, if she really wanted to, and he didn't want to have that power unleashed on himself. "I know I'm being really unnecessary, but can you blame me? I just want you to be safe." He tried to be as sincere as possible, to prove that he wasn't just making stuff up to get himself out of a sticky situation. When she asked if they were having a fight, he shrugged, raising an eyebrow. "Kind of, I guess. I mean this isn't normal us." However, his words were paired with a grin, almost as if he knew the whole thing would just be a passing storm. There was a light at the end of this tunnel, and it was quite close. Of course, she went and brought up cockroaches, and suddenly Tim's priorities were shifted. Mainly, he was focused on not drowning in the overpowering terror of his imaginings and less intent on making his sister see things his way. "Yeah, oops," he gasped, somehow managing to be sarcastic as well as breathless from fear. At least he hadn't fainted. This time. Fortunately, Becky began rambling about cats, and it became easier and easier to let himself be distracted by her voice. "Yeah, nine lives... infinite lives..." he nodded, struggling to focus on where she was going with this. Somehow, she ended up on the topic of talking animals, and he gave a small, shaky laugh. "They would probably tell you to shut up," he grinned, then messed up her hair again. "Just kidding, obviously, you I know I love hearing each and every one of your lovely words."
As Becky made her revelation, though, Tim began to think that his previous statement wasn't exactly true. He didn't like hearing these words; these tales of some douchebag who had actually had the indecency to use someone as innocent and naive as Becky for sex. Wasn't that... traumatizing or something? Then again, they had been dating, so it wasn't exactly rape. But still. It was almost as bad. "You're... how are you? He didn't, you know, give you anything, did he? Like, you used condoms?" If she'd managed to contract herpes or something, he really would hunt this guy down and beat him to a pulp. She seemed all right, though, and if anything his questions would only make her uncomfortable. Good, he thought. She may be the victim, but if she was going to have sex then he was going to talk about uncomfortable stuff with her, and that was that. "Okay. If he ever does just pop up, call me. Right away. Got it?" Tim gave Becky a Serious Look, which (obviously) meant he was seriously serious. That ex boyfriend of hers would not receive a warm welcome if he decided to set foot in Jacksonville. When Becky claimed she didn't want to talk about it any more, Tim nodded, giving her another giant hug. "I'm sorry." For what, he wasn't quite sure. For not being there to stop the guy, maybe, though he couldn't have known. For forcing her to admit everything to him. For being so nosy.
While she got the ice cream, Tim took another deep breath, more or less recovered from the cockroach incident but still reeling from all the information he'd just gained about his little sister's love life. He certainly wasn't happy, but for Becky, he wouldn't push it. He would go find a punching bag later to let his stress out on. Looking up as Becky returned, Tim gave her a grin, eagerly taking the spoon she offered him. "Good. You'd better love me. I'm your only brother, you know," he reminded her unnecessarily. He did, of course, elbow her when she made fun of his angry self. "Careful, now, I punched a guy once." Which had actually been a bit of a fluke, but whatever. It counted, right? He sighed, looking over at her when she explained why she'd been upset about Mel. "Well, I had to finish buying.. had to finish my errands and stuff," he tried, "and I didn't want to just barge into your dorm. Though.." He recalled the way he'd entered at the beginning of their argument, "well, I guess I barged in, anyway. You're not a baby." He took a spoonful of ice cream and placed it in his mouth, letting it melt over his tongue. "Mmm."

Pretending? she laughed slightly Tim, we both know that I am not a very good actress she rolled her eyes. But by all means, carry on searching my drawers, even though it’s totally creepy she told him with a smug smile. She knew that he was joking now, so why could she not joke back with him? No, it doesn’t she shrugged But don’t people just assume kids our age are doing it anyway? Either way....it is what people think....well assume...whether we are or not she said. Of course I don’t have a boyfriend, so I don’t really know if people assume I am doing it anyway she thought more to herself. This conversation was getting a little creepy. Oh yeah? Really....I have yet to have evidence Timmy he smirked at him. Okay so she was being smart and just....annoying but she did like annoying him from time to time. It was just fun and now she was around him a lot away from their parents it made things easier, a lot easier because it meant they didn’t have their parents around them watching them and even though neither of them ‘told on the other’ their parents found a way of knowing if they had said things in the moment. Ha, you wouldn’t want to find out she smiled at him. It’s not something you even want to think about, and you know it she looked at him knowingly, he was thinking the same thing, they both knew it for sure. I’m horrible? she pouted really? she then pretended to cry, despite the fact that she had even admitted that she was a bad actress, though she could fake cry pretty well and that was a talent in some people’s eyes. Maybe not in Becky’s but it didn’t really matter right now. When Tim said he liked board games she just sighed yeah well...
You better not she scowled at him more playfully than anything. I would be very disappointed in you if you did think I was, I mean....I would be disappointed in myself she said sadly, oh she was going to play the victim right now, she could do that at least and act innocent. She may not be the best actress but one thing she was good at was acting innocent and playing victim when she needed to, not that she was bad all the time, and if she was it wasn’t anything more than a prank or something like that. She looked at him sadly when he asked if she was meaning that she did not want him around and shook her head Of course I am not saying that! she said rather shocked. Honestly Tim, I am glad that I have you around. Your my big brother, you’re like my best friend. I sound so cheesy right now but you really don’t know how sad I was and how hard it was when you weren’t around she said beginning to cry for real now. I’m sorry, it’s just...I really missed you. Tim, you are the only person...who has been constant inb my life, well around my age, who I could call my best friend until I moved to this school, I mean you still are but the people here are way nicer than at my old school. I love it here and you are one of the reasons she went to rest her head on his shoulder. Why would you think that Timmy? she pouted at him. She was rather sad that she had said all that now and regretted it because she thought she had hurt him, and she didn’t want to do that. I’m sorry.
What do they say about you? she asked him curiously. nothing bad I hope, or else I can beat them for ya! she grinned at him. If they are not like that then how come the X person writes things like that? Isn’ty that really mean? she asked. Sometimes Becky being too nice did not able her to see why people were so mean, she just really did not get it at all.....something like that was so unnecessary. I wonder what the X person would say about me? she said. I don’t understand why or how someone could do that, I mean what do they get out of saying such mean stuff about people they don’t even know about? she said. Maybe Becky was just showing how naive she was being right now but things like that, she just did not get at all and sometimes she didn’t even understand how she was being naive. Going about trying to make mistakes is stupid, even if I was trying to make a statement I would not do that she told him. When I make mistakes they are genuine, and I’ll learn from them okay? she smiled when he kissed her cheek but rolled her eyes when he patted her head. Pfft, Timothy I am no suck up, I just speak the truth and you know it she told him. Because I just love you sooooo much and you are awesome she carried on with the compliments, just because she is awesome and she can. She raised her eyebrow at him. Oh yeah....so who exactly are these other people who are looking out for me? she asked him. And why is it none of my concern? I think I should know if people are spying on me she told him, putting her hands on her hips.
Awww Tim, you know I am sensible she smiled I am as safe as I can be, you know? I mean I know you don’t want to hear this; I don’t like admitting it either but sometimes you just can’t control things, they happen....you know. Life is something we can’t predict and that is REALLY scary...anything can happen, but I know you are there to protect me and make sure that something bad can be prevented, or at least I know they would be punished if you weren’t around she smiled at him. He may not be the strongest person but she knew when it came to it, Tim would do anything for her and he would definitely throw a punch for her, she was grateful to have someone like him around him, she kept thinking it and saying it. She wouldn’t cope as well without him around and now being in a co-ed school she would have gotten herself into all kinds of mishaps and situations she would find hard to get out of. She was someone who was easily led, even though there were some things she would never do, she was very much a follower more than a leader and often if someone told her to do something she would probably do it which she knew was bad. Anyone could take advantage of her because of her nice nature and the fact she would talk and be friends with anyone, she usually saw good in everyone and even if someone was really mean she did her best to see good, of course in some situations there really was no point because she couldn’t see the good in a few people, some girls in her old school most definitely. The thought of them made her sad, very sad.
Wow... she stopped to think for a moment No, it’s not is it? she shook her head. It was safe to say that she did not like it either. I don’t like it either, just so you know she told him. I am not used to it, I mean we’ve had bickering but not like, a stupid fight like this....but I guess it is to be expected, or is it? she asked. We fought so much with Mel, it was like we never had time to be mad at each other, but maybe now we are just going to argue more, because she is here and we are trying to get along, so we have more time to argue with each other. I mean.....does that even make sense? she asked. She did not even know herself, but it seemed like it kind of did, either way, she had said it now so whatever, Tim would probably understand what she meant anyway since they always seemed to understand each other in a way that other people did not. It was kind of like they had their own language in a way, but they didn’t, maybe when they were little they had done, but not now. Tell me to shut up? No they wouldn’t she laughed like, they would tell me how awesome I am, and also probably beg me for more food, like they do anyway, and I would probably give in, because I am awesome like that she said. Oh you saved yourself with that one didn’t you? You know I don’t talk this much with just anyone? You have to be special for me to go on and talk you know? But I guess I am rather talkative, is that a bad thing though? she asked him with a smile.
Becky looked at her brother and just shook her head Oh. My. God....are we really having this conversation right now? she asked him seriously? Ewwww just...no I cannot discuss this with you! she shook her head. But no, he did not give me anything she said and oh looorrd yes, we used protection okay? she said looking at him with a glaring look. Yeah I won’t hesitate, believe me she smiled at him. She knew that she could come to him with any problem and didn’t have much of a problem talking to him about anything, but the embarrassing thing was that he asked. Why had she admitted that she wasn’t a virgin? Yeah, you should be she told him with a smile. She didn’t really know what exactly for, but it just felt good hearing him say it because she wanted him to say it, basically. She thought that he owed her at least that much, but whatever, he had apologised and hopefully the questions would stop. She REALLY hoped that the questions would stop because she really did not want him asking anything else about her sex life, it wasn’t happening right now and that was what he should know.
Yeah yeah she grinned at him I am glad you are my only brother, it makes you special, but I’m not your only sister she pouted. You....you? she asked him surprised nahhh I do not believe you she laughed Not you Timmy, just no she shook her head. You....? Really? she asked him. Well I know where to come if I want to get someone beat up she joked and nudged him. Oh yeah you had to finish your errands she mocked him slightly and gave him a nudge. It was nice when they were like this, back to normal. I appreciate you saying I am not a baby Tim, because no I am not you are right she nodded Thank you for caring, I am really lucky to have you around.
[OOC; took me all day after the drama but its up!]
