[/COLOR][/B]: Colby is fairly tall, at 6'1, with an athletic build. He is relatively fair-skinned, although he does tan in the summer. He has a dash of freckles across his nose, and clear skin. His eyes are green, and he has short medium brown hair that he usually wears slightly styled. Colby has perfect teeth, without braces, and he smiles a lot. He usually goes for the clean-cut, freshly shaved look, and dresses neatly when he's teaching, in fitted dress shirts, slacks, and dress shoes with a cardigan or blazer. When he's off-duty, he dresses in jeans, work boots, and a beat-up leather jacket.
personality: Colby is pretty friendly. He likes people and getting to know people, and he loves reaching out to his students, both in class and out of class. It doesn't take much to earn his respect and liking, and he cares deeply about his friends. He likes women, and for all his flirtatiousness, he does know how to treat a person right, except for one little hitch: he's terrible at committing to anything for the longterm. He loves dating and all that, but talk about the future, and he's running scared for the hills. He's sure he's never going to meet Mrs. Right, or that he won't know her. Idealized and romantic? Maybe, but he does have a romantic streak to him.

When angry, Colby tends to be more quiet about it, until he finally explodes. He gets the kind of quiet angry that makes you wish he would start yelling. He bottles it up for a long time, so things just bubble under the surface, waiting to explode.

He has a little bit of a cocky streak too. He's good-looking and he knows it. He can be a little arrogant, and he hates it sometimes, but it's there, and comes out a little more often than he would like.
