He doesn’t really have any ambition in life and doesn’t see much point in changing that, since his older brother had plans to get out see the world and make something of himself and is now still living in town and running the family business(Baker’s Pub). And he blames himself for his brother not living, seeing as he’d have gone off and done what he’d wanted if he didn’t have to raise him since his mother because a mess after their father died of cancer. That was years ago, when Ricky was only in grade school, but she’s never pulled herself back together and looking at the people around him he can’t help but feel like he has to push people away or they’ll wind up never getting anywhere in life; or like his father leave him, even if it was because of a sickness he still believes his dad would’ve left anyway. It’s these reasons he doesn’t like to let anyone in and keeps his guard up, but it’s hard to be so closed off when he’s trying to get people to buy what he’s selling; he actually has to approach them instead of staring them down until they fuck off. FRIENDS Even though he won’t let people in Ricky he has no problem playing nice with them, only if it helps him in some way; sell more product or get a girl into his bed. But for the most he won’t have very many people who know him just know what he shows people, which is normally a cold distant person or the guy you want to know at parties. He’d count most people as acquaintances so he can still keep them at a distance, though there are those people who can figure him out and he just can’t seem to get rid of them and he’d say they’re the closest thing he has to a real friend. Since they’d be the only people he might actually tell his problems to; highly doubtful as he doesn’t want to burden anyone with his problems. He’s impossible to make friends with and you’d really have to be willing to stick it out for the long haul and deal with him through the good the bad and the ugly, if you didn’t leave he’d count you as a friend. But he’d try to push you away since he’d be sure he’s holding you back, it’s a long hard never ending battle but if he’s in your corner he’ll be there for you when you need him. LOVERS Sex is just sex for Ricky, there isn’t anything special to it except the pleasure it happens to bring him and that reason alone is why he’s more than happy to sleep around. Sleeping with the same person just doesn’t seem to do anything for him which is why he’ll have multiple partners; in some cases the girls he sleep with just have sex with him for the drugs he offers, and he’s got no problem with that. He’ll have had past flings, present flings, and if you want to plan something out future ones; one night stands are even better. Since then he isn’t going back to the same girl, not that he has a problem with that just that he often loses the thrill with that person that might have been there before; which is why often times he’ll get high before anything sexual happens, so the drugs help to heighten the experience and allow him to only focus on what he wants and not who he’s getting it from. Since getting in a relationship means he’d have to become attached to someone he’s staying away from those, as far away as possible, but he has no problem fucking up other people’s relationships; thinking they should thank him as kids his age should just have fun and not be looking for “love”. Ricky is damn sure he’ll never find love, since he isn’t looking for it and never wants to find it. ENEMIES Many people can find themselves to be enemies of Ricky, even if he’s normally a laid back guy who wants nothing to do with people someone always can find a reason to hate him or vice versa. The jock who’s girl he banged last weekend for kicks, or the guy he sold drugs to who swears he got ripped off, or a fling who is pissed he didn’t call(because she foolishly expected him to). There are countless scenarios why people can and won’t like Ricky, and the thing that might piss them off most is he’s alright with that. Most times he’ll let things roll off his shoulder and will try laugh off the confrontation but if pushed enough he can become violent and will lose his stoner boy façade and beat the shit out of someone, he might not be the biggest guy but he can and will fight dirty. Even if it is just with words; something else he doesn’t mind doing is fucking with people’s heads, he doesn’t always spend his time doing it but select people catch his interest he’ll find ways to try and pick at them with his words. Enjoying watching as they squirm when he says the right thing that they’d rather not hear. ANYTHING ELSE Anything and everything that you can come up with for Alric. Other drug dealers for him to compete against(this might fall under enemies though), or his drug supplier(even if he grows and makes some of his own stuff I’m sure he buys some product from somewhere), the guy/girl who sells him booze to bring to parties, the shrink he once had, the guy he once stole from, and the list goes. Just anything you can think up for this guy bring it as he will enjoy the drama(or I will at least). mikey is a lady killer?! of caution 2.0 |
