ashi's face is heart shaped and her skin is a light tan color. her eyes are almond shaped and are a green color with golden flecks. her nose and mouth and both average size - neither being too large or too small; though her lips are a little on the plump side. inside her mouth, her teeth are a nice white and are pretty straight - thanks to many torturous years of braces.
petite. that is the best way to describe the seventeen year old's body type. she's very thin -though not too thin- and she's definitely not on the tall side, standing at about five feet, five inches. also, the girl only weighs about one-hundred and fifteen pounds. she's got long legs and long arms, and small feet. overall, her body-type is very slender.
personality: ashi is a complete and total sweetheart. she loves talking to people and making new friends - even if the person she approached isn't exactly all that eager to engage in conversation. she'll talk anyone's ears off - which, unfortunately, can often end in the person getting irritated with ashton. it's not like she actually notices, though.
she's extremely happy - almost to the point where it's sickening to be around her for a long amount of time. she's bubbly and bouncy and has a short attention span, which makes for very annoyed friends a lot of the time.
with her short attention span also comes school troubles; she does try rather hard, but formulas and historical facts often slip her mind. the only classes she really excels at because of that are math classes - just because that's always naturally been her easiest subject.
likes: nice people, dying her hair, chocolate, milk, music, CDs, skinny jeans, converse, t-shirts, vests, vans, dresses, talking, smiling, laughing, singing, hanging out with friends, math, dogs, writing, organizing things, the colors orange and purple, cloudy days, sunglasses, sleeping, cookies, bracelets, giving other people makeovers, going shopping.
dislikes: mean people, homophobes, judgy people, high heels, asparagus, cats, deep water, really big animals, bright lights, alarm clocks, metal music, short hair, science, cheaters, driving, being yelled at, being in awkward situations, super-cocky people, being told that she's wrong, alcohol.
strengths: math class, singing, making friends, helping people with fashion-wise decisions, calming people down, writing stories, dancing, making public speeches.
weaknesses: science class, any physical sport, paying attention to something for an extended period of time, videogames, driving, remembering some things.

the boy's different colored converse made small thuds on the concrete as he walked; his green eyes were glued to them, watching as the red shoe rose while the black one hit the sidewalk. he continued to watch the ground for a minute before finally looking back up, his eyes scanning the area around him. the seventeen year old knew he'd been walking around for a good bit of time; even so, he quickly pulled his phone out of his front pocket -which was slightly difficult, considering how tight his jeans were- and checked the clock on the front. '10:04' the blurrily bright numbers read. the senior boy shrugged to himself and turned off his phone before tucking it back into his front left pocket.
blake continued to look around some more, noticing how dark it actually was outside - which made sense, considering it was starting to get late. blake bit down on his bottom lip and reached up with one hand to fiddle with one of his two lip rings. what the hell is there to do on a sunday night? he thought to himself, insanely bored after having really done nothing all day long. moving his left hand from his lip ring to his hair, he swept it more to the right so it wasn't in his face quite as much. he'd dyed his hair black and red a week before and had since then been really lazy with his hair. that morning, he'd only straightened it, not bothering to use any hairspray to make it stay in place - which was why it kept falling into his face repeatedly.
green irises still scanning the various stores, alleyways, and streets around him, blake finally spotted a place that seemed intriguing enough. a bright neon green and white sign was hanging above the building's front entrance and read 'under 21 club'. the double doors were opened, and a tall guy was guarding them, a semi-short line in front of him. the place was directly across the street from blake, so he shrugged again and headed in that direction. after he made it across the basically empty street -give a few cars parked on the side- he made his way to the back of the line, waiting until he could go inside. it didn't take too long for blake to get to the front of the line, and by the time he'd gotten there, he already had his id out. he wasn't particularly sure if he needed it or not -since it was an under 21 club after all- but he figured he might as well get it out of his wallet just in case. quickly, he flashed the little card that proved he was indeed seventeen years old to the bouncer before making his way in through the double doors without a single word. the bouncer didn't try to pull him back, so he figured he was good.
inside, it wasn't as empty as the senior had thought it was going to be. there was a fairly large amount of people, which surprised him a little, considering it was a school night. some of the people were dancing close to the dj table and some were sitting at the 'bar', which made blake vaguely wonder if it actually had any alcohol. looking over the large room again, he saw a few more people situated on a few couches in one corner, chatting and laughing. the boy hummed quietly to himself, completely unmatching to the blaring techno music that the dj was playing. stuffing his hands deep into the pockets of his dark-wash skinny jeans, the boy made his way over to the big counter, behind which was a bartender. blake took a seat on one of the stools, folding his arms on the counter. the fairly macho looking bartender made his way to the scene kid pretty quick, asking what he wanted to drink. with the raise of his eyebrows, blake knew that he was inquiring if blake wanted alcohol or not - illegally, of course.
not entirely in the mood to drink, blake bit down on his bottom lip again, contemplating for a moment. finally, he answered, "i'll just have a water for now." the bartender eyed him for a moment before simply nodding and walking off. not even a minute later, the man was back with blake's glass; he set it in front of the boy before wandering off to some other potential customer. blake reached forward and gripped the cool glass in his hands before bringing it to his lips and taking a long, refreshing sip. he set the glass back down, then, before turning around in his stool so he could once more scan the club. watching the many people dance, blake was tempted to go join them, but he really did not want to mess up his hair. sighing, he glanced towards the club's double doors again, seeing a few people stumble in every few seconds. maybe this wasn't the best idea, he decided, already fairly bored and kind of sick of the overly loud, terrible music.
