WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?
[/font][/center][/blockquote][/justify]It's fun, that's what it is! Just playing, but it's one of the newest features on this board! It's very simple too for those looking for some shorter post action to keep you going. Here's how it all works!
- this board is for ANYWHERE around the city, so the thread could be at the coffee shop or anywhere your heart desires. Just as long as it's somewhere around Jacksonville, and no you don't have to be specific if you choose not to.
- this is for actual threads, but we ask that there be no templates as it'll eat characters up, but we think that having shorter posts will help boost activity and interaction!
- the posts in this board are going to be short, but we don't want to see a sentence post or something just as short. We gave you 2000 characters to work with so that should equal between 300-500 words depending on length.
- post to your hearts desire but keep track of how many characters you have remaining! Once that number reaches zero a pesky pop-up will appear telling you that you've written too much. If you're inclined to make a post more than 2000 characters please post in the appropriate board.
- these easy threads can be used for activity checks under one condition! If it's had FIVE replies in a weeks time. That is not hard to do given how short they're going to be, so don't freak out saying that we're expecting too much! It can be done!
- just have fun writing those short posts that'll spark creativity for the rest of the board! If this thing hits off we'll even do character limit events, but we want to see this board prosper first!
Sounds easy enough doesn't it? You post whatever you'd like, anywhere around the city, and don't have to go above 500 words! It'll help interaction and boost activity so enjoy this board!
Oh and FYI, this is 2000 characters exactly!!
