personality: Stark tends to be the quiet person. Growing up with people he never really knew, he learned to keep to himself. He is a very sheltered kid for seventeen. He finds escape in music; its his only way with coping with his loneliness. Although he might be quiet and distant, the few friends he has made (mainly via the internet) he loves dearly. Since he was finally placed into an actual foster home that will keep him for the entirety of his senior year, he has promised himself that he will become more outgoing, and finally become sociable, like all other teenagers his age.
likes: music, singing, drawing, photography, the outdoors, movies, readings, springtime
dislikes: not knowing about his past, being alone (even though he is most of the time), being thought of as weird, spinach, spiders
strengths: all things musical, logical, charismatic
weaknesses: distant, quiet, awkward

Stark walked down the hallway of the home for orphans. He was just dropped off by his current foster parents, Daniel and Susan, so he can talk to the director of the board of orphans about his transfer to the states. Stark wanted to transfer to the States for his final year of high school. He wanted to go there for college anyways. The halls were all lined with painting and photos. Although bursting with excitement for starting a new chapter in his life, Stark is very nervous about leaving his home country for an entire year. Yes, he has been moved from house to house his entire life, which had also caused some distance problems; and the fact that he was homeschooled his entire life doesn’t help with this. He knocked on the door of the director’s office and walked in.
After chatting with him for a good hour, he picked up his paperwork and such, thanked the director, and walked out. For the first time in his life, he had knots of excitement bubbling in his stomach. He walked out of the building, hopefully for the last time, and walked back to his foster parents home. Once he got there, he would get driven to the air port and then free for what might be the rest of his life. Being an orphan isn’t as “hard-knock-life” as most people chock it up to be. When most people think of orphans, they automatically think of Annie and Oliver, but truthfully, it’s not as horrible as the films chock it up to be. He always lived with decent people who treated him well. But, moving from city to city all over the United Kingdom and he is finally able to leave and turn over a new stone. Stark just hopes that he can deal with the social-ness of High School.
