Nathaniel isn't the most built of guys, but what he lacks in that, he makes up for with his charming good looks. He doesn't really bother working out because he doesn't see the point, he likes running though and football and uses that to keep fit because of his addiction to junk food. He doesn't really care much for his weight and body build, he's more into his looks (really into them, but that is coming up) he is average height, but he doesn't really want to be really tall, he thinks that smaller people can get away with more, though he doesn't want to be TOO short because he knows that's a turn off with some girls. He hopes to grow just a little more so he's a little above average. (what he is now) Now onto his looks. He takes pride in his hair, believing it's his best feature (or one of his many) he doesn't think he needs gel, he secretly straightens it sometimes though because it's sort of naturally curly. He prefers it completely straight but he doesn't want his secret to be let out, because it would ruin his rep, (according to him) and he has to keep a certain image up. Plus he doesn't want anyone to call him names, even though he would probably just punch them anyway, well not if it was a jokey way, but still...he keeps it secret.His eyes are what most people notice about him first, they are a light shade of blue, people tell him that they are his best feature. He still stands by his hair being the best, but he doesn't mind the girls thinking his eyes are the best. Since he knows that girls like them, he uses that to his advantage along with his cute smile.

-CHARMING&&FLIRTATIOUS
He loves to ‘woo’ the ladies and he can be quite the charmer when he wants to be, he knows how to impress, what to say and is rather sly as well, he uses all of it to his advantage to get girls, he doesn’t really mind what they think of him after he has tossed them to the side (he doesn’t do that all the time, just when they are really clingy) He thinks that he is really smooth but he HAS been shot down a few times, though he will never admit it, he always does his best to make the charm work on women, and he has tried it on older women, but he gets bored easily so it’s not like he sticks around long enough for anything else to happen, he does have a slight fear of commitment, he uses flirting and his hook ups as a way to divert his attention from his problem of that, it’s not that he DOES want a relationship, it’s more the fact that when he thinks about it, he wonders about things, so he just needs to not think about it and he is fine. He doesn’t like to let people know he actually does have feelings deep down.
-COMPETITIVE&&EAGER
He doesn’t like to admit defeat. He hates to fail at anything, he likes to be on top and be the best as well, he is quite into sports and is VERY competitive, he will get really annoyed if someone on the team makes him lose, and he’ll start shouting and become very loud and quite intolerable, some people may think. He really does just wants to succeed with sports though, he needs a sports scholarship to get into college. (he is planning to go to Jacksonville college) In school he isn’t the best but he has learnt to actually accept that because he doesn’t try his hardest. He gets the grades good enough for what he wants to pursue a career in, sports and doesn’t really care what else he does because to him, that is all that matters. His main sport to play is football; he can get quite aggressive on the pitch, because he gets really into the game, but that is because he feels that he HAS to win. His family don’t have much money so he is really counting on a sports scholarship to get him into college so he can study to be a sports agent.
-SHORT TEMPERED&&EASILY ANNOYED
Nathan can get annoyed at the slightest thing. He doesn’t really have the best temper either, it’s easy to irritate him because he gets so wound up, and its actually really quite funny watching him get so wound up, he genuinely doesn’t realise how stupid he looks when he gets annoyed, he gets laughed at a lot which just aggravates him even more, he can’t stand being a laughing stock and hates hearing what others have to say about him and getting criticism. He isn’t the most social person ever, so that works against him also, as well as everything else. He snaps at the slightest thing, and will get odd looks for it, he’ll wonder why because he won’t get that people don’t like his temper, and that he will never get anywhere with it when it comes to most people. He acts like a petulant child, but he thinks his temper actually makes it kind of cool, which gives him even more confusion over why people laugh at him when he gets so wound up with things. He genuinely thinks people should like him because he is an ‘amazing’ person. Even though he doesn’t try very hard to impress people anyway himself.
-MANIPULATIVE&&SLY
He is very good at getting something he wants, and his own way. He likes to play people at their own game and finds ways that he can trick them, so that he would win (so for example if he was playing poker he would find some way that he could win) He can manipulate people into getting what he wants, he usually does it with girls to get them to sleep with him, though he also does it so that he doesn’t have to do things, though that one sometimes fails, he doesn’t really get that most people don’t like being treated like a doormat, and he can’t treat people that way because people don’t like him for that very reason. When something doesn’t go to plan, he doesn’t learn from his mistakes, he has to try again because he can’t stand it when he doesn’t achieve something he wants, or when something doesn’t go his way...or when he gets into trouble. He is ESPECIALLY good at getting out of trouble this way. He always seems to be able to blame someone else for his actions, which just adds to the long list of why people don’t actually like him at all very much.
-(SECRETLY) EFFECTIONATE&&PROTECTIVE
Despite all that,Nathan has a side to him that he rarely shows. To those who ARE his friends, he is actually quite nice to (well of a fashion) he does have a softer side that he shows to them (but then again most of his friends are girls) He only shows this side to those who he can trust though and he actually genuinely likes, plus it would take a while for you to get this side out of him because you have to dig deep through all the rest of him to find it. He likes that only a few people see that side of him, because he considers them special enough, but he wants to have the ‘rough around the edges’ image he portrays around the school. He really doesn’t mind about people thinking that of him, it is what he expects. Now for those few friends, he is VERY protective of them and if you hurt them them, or even try to hurt them, well you will see him get VERY mad. He will make it out to be a way that doesn’t seem like he is being protective of that person, so he’ll just start a fight for no apparent reason, but he will make sure that they think twice about pulling that kind of shit next time.

They are boring to him.), his parents (all they seem to do, in his opinion is moan), Jacksonville (he thinks its boring)
strengths: football (he was quaterback at his old school), manipulation, charmer, protective of those he likes, taking advantage of people, being sly and cunning, gambling (he usually always seems to win by fluke), confidence.

Nathan had just arrived at school, he had no idea what to expect. His parents had sent him there because he had been 'getting out of hand' and because they claimed that they could not handle it, but he had always been a little difficult. That was just who he was. How could he change that? He didn't want to change that, plus he didn't think he should have to change his attitude. He believed that it was all because of the new baby his parents were like they were with him. His mother was pregnant. He was far from amused, plus he found it disgusting how his parents were still having sex at their age.
To him, they were old and shouldn't be doing it at all. It was his time now, not theirs, he didn't want to share his time with them. It wasn't like he wanted to get a girl pregnant, he just believed that their time had been to have all the sex, and his time was just beginning.Since his mother had become pregnant it was like him and his siblings did not exist and that really annoyed him, it pissed him off so much, more than anything.
Now he just felt that he didn't even matter, that he wasn't important, well that is how he felt anyway, But he didn't know that it was like that, he just assumed it. He was quite stubborn and he always had to be right. He wasn't the type to talk about his feelings, so he never actually told his parents about it all. He never even spoke about that kind of thing to the friends he did have. To him, it didn't really make sense to talk about stuff like that.
Deep down though he did wish that he could talk a little more to his parents. He was secretly affectionate and protective of those he did actually care about, but there weren't many people he DID care about around him. There were a few though and he kept them close, but now he was at a different school, away from school, away from trouble and so it now seemed, away from them. Away from anyone he was really bothered about.
He DIDN'T want to be here, he just didn't care about school that much, but he still managed to get the grades in what he needed. All he cared about was his sports. He was never going to be like his siblings, especially his sister who had her own successful business, he never even tried to compete with them academically because he knew that he would be the one to lose, he wasn't smart like that, he wasn't good at math or science. Then there was his brother, studying to be a lawyer, well he could never do that! He was secretly jealous but never admitted it, plus he was happy with his choice with his own career path.
As he reached his dorm, he brushed his thoughts away, hoping that he was going to be sharing with some hottie. He could only hope, that was the reason why he had signed up for a co ed dorm. Judging by other girls around though, he had noticed that none of them were ugly at all, rather the opposite, that was a good thing though, plus his old school hadn't been an boarding school. He believed that would make things easier for him, things that he felt were important to him. He dumped his things he had with him on what he thought was the spare bed and then decided to lay down himself. He then saw the door knob move and looked up as someone entered. well hello there. he looked up and grinned at the girl who stood before him. here
