Well hi there, TOM FELTON, what's your fine ass doing on my screen? As you can tell i'm looking for him for a storyline with my boy Carter (DOUGIE POYNTER PB). This is still pretty much open, but to keep things simple i'm going to say that he's EMERI MONROE's (Tom Fletcher PB) relative from England. He's going to be new to the city (his reason for coming entirely up to you), and Emeri's going to introduce him to my boy Carter here, and that's where everything is going to get started between these two. Isn't Carter just adorable?
Now this is not you're typical "omg these two are going to meet and fall in love" storyline because Carter has himself a boyfriend whom he loves dearly. Doesn't make sense why i'm asking for him in a line like this now does it? Let me start explaining by saying that Tim and Carter have known each other most all of their lives, and Carter is the wreck of the two having developed a drinking problem to cope with his terrible family life. He feels that TIM WRIGHT (Danny Jones PB) is being dragged down by having such a slacker for a boyfriend, and he thinks that by leaving the picture Tim can be happier. He turns to drinking, and that is when him and TOM really get to know each other, and by that I mean they have a drunken night and sleep together. Talk about the drama that'll happen right?
I wish I could say this was going to be just a one night thing, but that's before Carter see's Tom at the Live Lounge getting ready to perform, and since he's a performer as well they're going to hit it off and have that in common. I'm thinking Tom is going to have a troubled past too, and that will be something else the pair could bond over, and I want Carter to have a breakdown where he thinks he'd be better for Tom than Tim just because they're so alike, and at least if he was out of the photo Tim could do what he wants in life without being bogged down. He's going to break up with Tim and run away from his problems, and that's when him and Tom are going to start their "relationship", or at least their fun version of one.
Things are going to get complicated since he keeps thinking about Tim, and since he was his first love he's going to want to go back to him, so that's going to create a good deal of tension. Carter's going to be confused by all of this, and he's going to wonder whether he should choose to be with the man that's the same as him history wise, or if he's going to shape up and be the man that Tim deserves. I think this "relationship" is going to do two things for Carter, and they are teach him to grow up and add a little spice in his life. I would love for someone to bring Tom around (just because he looks like Emeri's PB somewhat), and for them to be active and excited for the plot. Carter's life has gotten somewhat boring now that he's happy, so I need to spark some interest in him to get him active and motivated again. Anyone up for this line?

 carter went from all happy ^ to sad v  and that in turn makes poor interest sad too...  *and I would have had much better gif's had my laptop not been a flaming shit pile and slagged on me hah*

okay, i think i'm going to take him because i just can't refuse. (TOMFELTONFTWOMFG<3 *cough*)
but two things: 1) do you have any specific names/details about his past that you want? & 2) when i create an account, could you pm the plot without the gifs with maybe a little more detail about the plot/future? don't get me wrong, i love the gifs but they are distracting for people like me and i worry that i've gotten something wrong in my muddled brain. lol xD

1) name is entirely up to you. we have an emeri monroe around that we want him to be related to (just to give him a reason for coming to america from the UK), but depending on their relation he doesn't even need the same last name....past is all up to you as well. Carter's parents pushed him away and that's why he's in Jacksonville, so perhaps the other's parents couldn't handle him (or just didn't want him around) anymore either so that's why he was shipped to be near his cousin (just to get away from them)? That'd make things even better but is just a suggestion.
2) I can definitely do that for you and get into more detail. Just let me know when the account is made and i'll send you a nice summary! Most of the time when I go into a lot of detail my lines never get taken, so that's why I flashed it up with gif's. I can get descriptive though!
