This is Britney. She is nineteen, a high school drop out and a drug addict, she doesn't have much to show for her life, but that isn't how she wants to be, she wishes her life was different. She is currently unemployed but seeking a job. She wants to work in a bar, but knows she is too young to drink there, but she has her ways of which she will get a job there, she is good at that. She is unpredictable and overreacts to most things. With her sisters she hides her addiction from them and tries to act different, though the traits do come out of her.
I can see her having a few of these, party friends, druggie friends, she would need good influences and bad influences, both of those would be important for her, and others she can corrupt and try to get them into drugs as well, also friends who tell her she should stay away from the drugs and try and make her stop, she wouldn't have a problem making friends, she may get annoyed if the friends tell her to stop (if they know about her addiction) maybe one best friend, but that would have to develop. She doesn't really have a best friend from back home since most of her friends don't want anything to do with her or are just complete junkies, some are in rehab.
I can see her having quite a few enemies, just because a lot of people won't like that she is drugged up and her wild behavior, they would get annoyed with it. Also, she has no goals or anything so that may get on peoples nerves as well, she may get upset when people express negative feelings towards her but she will soon forget about it when she gets high. Its more likely that the drug addiction would be the main reason people avoid her and not because of the person she is.
Britney is not experienced at all when it comes to guys. The drugs kind of took over that and she didn't really bother with them at school. She had friends that were guys and she has made out with guys but she has never had a relationship, or a boyfriend. Her final will be the only one she actually has a relationship with. Basically I am up for anything with her, feel free to suggest a story-line and I am sure we can come up with something epic!

-----------------------------brit and andre Well seeing as I made him to be a friend from her past I’m gonna say friend. Although probably lost touch once she dropped out, he probably tried to contact her but never got a response or was to caught in his future and didn’t forget her but just stopped calling so he’d get his life in order. Also I said he lost a friend to suicide cause he/she was bullied so that could be around the time he was trying to reach out to her so he was so shocked it happened that also made him stop. I don’t want him to know, he’ll assume something but not sure what; if she did drugs back in Boston while still in school and hanging around him would notice her acting differently but not know the cause, or he might assume but Dre won’t call someone out on something unless he has solid proof. But now he’s going to Jacksonville college on scholarship so could randomly run into her in any number of places and then he’d start to be her friend again and try to be a good influence and I’m sure he’d find out eventually, walks in on her doing it or over hears her talking to one of her friends who is a bad influence. He’d try to work it out by himself, getting her to stop and come to her senses, but if he couldn’t he’d get her sisters involved and eventually might even call in the rents.
[/font] -----------------------------brit and derek Derek would be a bad influence, not sure he’d be her friend even but he would tell her he was if he thought she’d give him free drinks at the bar or something. So while she gives him free drinks he would keep convincing her that it’s okay to do what she wants, even if he never finds out Derek would know the signs. These two would probably party together but Derek doesn’t do drugs he’s more of a drinker and smokes cigarettes. But he’d have no problem being around her when she did whatever drug she did, egging her on like the bad guy he is.

-----------------------------brit and andre That all sounds really good. Brit could use someone like him in her life. Her love interest is basically going to be the one who gets her to stop eventually, but I think having a friend help her out as well would be awesome! I really think she needs at least SOME stable friends. He should totally catch her out while she is taking it one day, maybe he comes over to their house or something, and because they would have been besties or whatever doesn't think of knocking when he comes in her room and sees her doing it.

(though if he DOES ever torment abby she'd have him banned from the club) or maybe he could bribe her somehow and threaten to tell her sisters about her habit? That would really upset her.

-----------------------------brit and andre Sounds good, he would be there for her even if he’s not the guy to get her to stop he would be there to be a good influence. Probably even drag her away from a bad situation if he has to, which could go from friends to her not liking him just cause he’s in her business and trying to get her to stop. But I see them as friends no matter what just like a rough patch in there.

But I can see if he did and she found out she’d be pissed and hate him. And Derek would threaten her after he told them if she didn’t do something he liked and he found out she doesn’t want her sisters to know.

loki and britney It depends how they meet. She isn't much of a partier, and plus she isn't in high school, but I think they would be friends if they did meet, but she is ashamed of her addiction, now more than ever so she is desperately trying to stop. Loki could be one of those people who try and reel her back into them.

He'd be the left shoulder devil, the wrong path, the peer pressure in the ear, the wind beneath her wings... just kidding about that last one. Loki is too far gone in his addiction to know that it's wrong, he's quite comfortable in his life style, so her opposing might make him stop, or press her even more.[/font]

Church on the other hand would try and help her out. He would be the finger flick on her forehead, the right shoulder dweller. He's never been through addictions of that kind, but he got out of a relationship with one and he can tell her it's no walk in the park. She could confide in him if she liked. =3[/font]

brit and loki Well that would work, sure, she probably would resent him eventually when she gets clean though, if he is okay with that lol.
brit and church she could always do with friends who are there for her and want to help her, she might push him away since she is going to have a few people like that in her life but she'll listen to him, she might not do anything about it straight away since she is really finding it quite hard.

my character kati is new to town and is in need of some friends. she came here to get away from drugs but that didn't work out as planned. i was thinking kati and britney could be close party friends, drug friends. they could do drugs together. maybe they both know they want to quit and talk about it a lot but neither one are strong enough at the moment to do so. i think they'd get along well, until britney got sober. then maybe kati and her can begin to fight a lot and their friendship ends, or maybe britney helps kati get sober.

Kayleigh && Britney
I know Kayleigh and Brit have a thread kinda going but I'm stuck for where to go with it and I really wanna get some plots going with Kayleigh. Kayleigh is new to town having left her life in Canada. She's a bit naive and doesn't really know a lot about the world having lived on a ranch for her life. Maybe we could have a sorta blind-leading-the-blind type relationship/ friendship thing? (I don't mean lesbian by the way!!) Or maybe Kayleigh gets involved in Brit's drug side and they both end up trying to find their way out? Or Kayleigh could help Brit? Not entirely sure yet. Unless you've got some ideas?

these two would know each other through drug connections, i'm sure. evie is strictly a sleeping pill sort of girl, so she'd still be hesitant about britney being into all of these different drugs and letting them ruin her life. maybe evie could try to help britney dwindle down her drugs? other than that i think they'd be friends, nothing too deep though unless britney obliged her help, if not elika would just see her at parties etc.

britney and kayleighthat sounds good to me! I am not sure if britney would encourage the drugs, but if Kayleigh was willing it wouldn't bother her much. She would just go with it. Maybe it can start in the thread they have going? britney and elikathat sounds cool with me, like with Kayleigh if she was willing it would be cool, but she hates her drug thing so she doesnt encourage anyone else. |
